SET-UP AND PRICING
You will find our service to be flexible, fun and efficient for a variety
of locations and event needs.
Set-Up
(Set-up Fees - Monday to Friday $250.00, Saturday & Sunday $300.00)
Set-up fee decreases for events with a guest count over 200
*Our service will include an initial consultation with our event planner to help with planning the menu,
choosing the best location for our oven and determine the most ideal set-up plan to ensure a successful
event.
Most of our prep work is done at our Bakery and transported on the day of the event.
*Oven delivery and placement can be up to 24 hours before the event to within a few hours before the
event. Notificaiton of the time and date will be given up to one week in advance of the event.
After the event, oven pick-up will be scheduled. (Due to the fact that the wood-fired oven can continue to burn
several hours, for safety purposes, there will be a post event pick-up day.)
*On the day of the event, we arrive a few hours before and begin to fire-up our oven so it is hot and ready to go. We generally are on site for about four to six hours.
Rates and Deposit
(This party includes pizza only. However, if A la carte items are desired and
less pizza needed, a price adjustment can be made per person.)
The Wood Fire Pizza Party - (Standard Bakery Menu) $10.00 per person
The Wood Fire Premium Pizza Party - $15.00 per person
(Standard Bakery menu, plus gourmet menu and salad)
The Wood Fire Pizza "Lunch Party" - $8.00 per person
(Offered for Corporate events and luncheons M - F, 11am to 2pm
Includeds Standard Bakery Menu and Green Salad.)
(These items are in addition to the above rates)
Beef - $3.00 per person
Pork Tenderloin - $2.00 per person
Ribs - $4.00 per person (bones sliced and served individually to aid eatability)
Whole Fresh Pork (Pig Roast) - $5.00 per person
Mussels - $3.00 per person
Clam Chowder - $1.50 per person
Green Salad - $1.50 per person, Pasta Salad - $2.00 per person
Fried Dough or Dessert pizza - $2.00 per person
A La Carte items
- A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve date. This is a nonrefundable deposit, in the
event of a cancellation, the deposit can be used towards a new date. (The new
date must be within one year of the cancellation.)
*One month prior to the event a 25% nonrefundable payment will be required.
